Etichettatura ambientale degli imballaggi
Gentili Clienti,
Product identification code
For the cardboard items we produce, there are two identification codes to
use:
PAP 20 in case of using CORRUGATED cardboard
PAP 21 in case of using NON-CORRUGATED cardboard
Almost all of the boxes we produce have been adapted with appropriate text inserted into the
printing graphics or, for neutral products, inserted via a die-cut.
During the CONAI refresher courses, the ministry provided appropriate responses for neutral
packaging: these can be identified by indicating them on the sales document in the event
that printing is not planned during the production process.
We will therefore adapt the delivery documents to include the identification code.
Even for foam packaging, the identification codes to be used are:
- PUR 7 (polyurethane (sponge)
- LDPE 4 (expanded polyethylene (plastazote or multilayer)
This information will be included on the sales documents, as it is not possible to print
coding on this type of packaging.
Disposal instructions
From January 1, 2022, it will become mandatory to indicate the disposal instructions on packaging.
Only for products marketed in Italy, only for packaging intended for consumers, not for professionals
For example, a faucet box sold to a plumber does not require a label, while a faucet sold in a store to a private individual requires a disposal label.
Many of our customers, at our suggestion, have already implemented this by reporting the disposal information
on the box or label, either through writing or a QR code.
If you have placed these instructions on the label, we kindly ask you to return the attached documentation stamped and signed.
Packaging does not just mean the box, but also all the other packaging contained within it,
such as plastic bags, cardboard inserts, foam, etc.
Therefore, the outer box must include all the necessary instructions for the correct disposal
of the box itself and the packaging it contains.
Please remember that, without your specific request, Temporelli SRL cannot make any graphic changes and therefore no instructions regarding the disposal of the packaging will be included, as they cannot have the slightest knowledge of the other packaging contained inside the box.
As usual, for changes and/or redoing of the graphics, a fee will be charged for
the creation of new printing plates.
To try to limit and, in some cases, completely avoid additional production costs, we suggest
inserting the disposal instructions directly on the labels you usually
apply to the box.
Due to space constraints, many of our customers have inserted a QR code on their labels that
directs to a page containing all the useful disposal instructions.
Below are some examples of how to correctly write the label.
